When you go back to get your stamp for the remaining 11 months, you can if you want take all of the money out, as long as the 400k is back in two months before the next yearly extension. The 400,000 baht must be seasoned 2 months before you apply for your extension. Most immigration offices will only accept the monthly income of 40,000 baht if you are working inside Thailand. It is best to ask your local immigration office what they will accept

It still has to be passed by the senate, then approved by the King and the put in the Royal Gazette then after that have to wait another 90 days until it’s law, so after all of that possibly the latter part of the year.
