thanks anyways it seems the system differs by provinces because in the isaan province(khon kaen) immigration gives a 61 days visa in which it helps you to settle your family before exit and within this time you can make another arrangements for yourself either u get a job or try getting the baby care visa by exit and getting in again

BUT MY LAWYER SAYS HE CAN GET A COURT PERMIT WHICH COULD HELP ME GET A VISA.THE PERMIT WILL STATE THAT IT IS DUE TO THE CASE THAT COST MY VISA TO GET OVER STAY,WHAT DO YOU THINK?
