Laos ist the cheapest place... they charge exactly the 10k and you can pay in Baht. It's "walk-in", but with appointment. Have a look at this list...

The rule is "one extension per entry", not "per year". There is no way to stay a complete year here with this visa.

Nobody has ever made an extension on DTV yet, because the Visa ist just 102 days old. There are no official announcements from the Immigration yet, no known details, but you knows it for sure...? Okay... but I dare to doubt that...

P.S.: It's not even officialy considered as a "Tourist Visa"
