Nothing to do with "knowing better"... it's just a matter of fact, the price is fixed for years now. Not sure for what exactly they charged you the 2k... would be interesting to see the receipt... 🙄🤔

You might be wrong with that... not definitely sure yet...

"DTV holders must report their address to immigration every 90 days as required by Section 37 of the Immigration Act."
