2 month "before" application, 3 month "after" extension is granted... which is normally the same day...

Yep, that's exactly what Phuket Immigration once told me about moving the 800k... out and in at the same day and everything is fine.

Nah... I highly doubt that it was that easy... Phuket isn't a good place for opening accounts anymore, not without the requested kind of visa. He might have been lucky using an agent... but actually the most agents don't offer this "special" service anymore... 🤔🙄

"15 days before until due date" is the old timeframe, it's 15 - 8 days before (!) due now... since about Covid if I'm not totally wrong. So... you were too late with 7 days before, hence rejected.
