did you open it up before buying the condo? Does the bank know that you have since bought it? If you bring proof of ownership to the bank, you should be fine.

I paid for 30 Muay Thai classes distributed over 6 months and was accepted. Not sure about changing gyms.

Which is a better option for traveling to Vietnam while awaiting a DTV visa approval: a one-way ticket or a flexible return ticket?

I just got approved in Hanoi and I had a flexible ticket, but they never asked to see my return flight, so option A would have been feasible for me as well.

I have trained there for a while so I know I am happy with the gym. It is 30 classes that you can distribute over the 6 months as you like at 12k
