Is it possible to apply for new Non-B with the 7 days extension of stay denied stamp?

@Tod ********
gotcha. I'll go to the immigration office and ask them. The rules here in Sukhothai immigration are quite different.

Their country was lockdown 2 weeks ago. They went to the labour office last Friday by the way(🤦). I forgot, the other option the immigration told them is to recontract with their school for them to have their visas extended. And once they're okay to fly back to their home country then the school can cancel their visas and WP. No idea if it can possibly work.

I'll ask them if they will allow me. Also, can you confirm this document? I saw it on a comment section in a news article.

The next departing flight back to their home is after their visas expire and can only get 7 days visa extension. They already contacted the embassy but they can't help at all. The labour said that if they're going to cancel their work permit now and the employee will go for a visa application to another country ASAP, they will have a hard time coming back (no idea).

The air travel you've mentioned is what I'm trying to explain to my friends. I've sent all the possible options and advices you posted in here but it seems like they are too afraid to get infected and they have lost all hope.

Benjamin Hays I mean foreign teachers who are about to leave Thailand for good. They're suppose to fly before their visas expire but due to unforeseen events, their flight got cancelled and rescheduled. Another problem they're facing soon is overstaying. The labour office doesn't want to cancel their work permits so that they can bounce in and out to any border that is open ASAP.

Is this applicable for tourists and foreign workers staying in Chiang Mai?
