Sorry, I don't quite understand what you are saying regarding the TM30. For example, when a registered resident of a condo (tenant) has been away on vacation or few days away and they return to condo they have not reported on TM30, following return from vacation?
I was talking to someone a few months ago about not seeing 'Learner drivers' on the roads. The reply was, "Oh, we cant let learner drivers on the road, it's too dangerous".
I know that the 90 day reporting supposedly has been shelved due to CV19, but I wanted to make sure my yard arm was clear. So, I went to KK immigration on Monday to physically do the 90 report. Literally took 5 mins and no snags whatsoever.
Mine for electric last month was 1615thb. I paid at reception of condo. Normally get receipt few days later. No receipt so saw ladies at reception, they said wait for bill to sort out. Checked mail box today and got cash refund of 1246thb 🙂🙂
