it’s for immigration to visit your house if they want to and make sure you live there with your wife.

depends on your card. You can pull 30K at a time from the yellow Krungsri ATMs

don’t know if they take cards. But you can buy USD with baht cash.

There are a few ATMs at BKK airport airside that will dispense USD and EUR but I wouldn’t rely on that.

Get baht from a regular Thai ATM and then go to super rich and buy USD with your baht
