thanks, my husband’s one year non immi B is actually issued through Thai Visa Centre. I abbreviated their name (TVC) in my original post. They have been awesome and supportive this past year, but no visa allocations available until potentially end Jan they said.

yes, thanks for your insight. I also mentioned in my original post that I used TVC, and in another post I mentioned was hoping to see if there are other alternative agents or options we can take. I am posting here as a last resort. 😊

yeah thanks for your advice. This is what TVC also advised to be the only option available. I was actually hoping he didn’t have to do this and that there are other agencies that maybe folks here can recommend 😊

yeah I was actually surprised to find out about this too. I have been seeing announcements from TVC on LINE about visa allocations running out periodically over the past 10 months, but because it wasn’t previously relevant to my husband’s situation it wasn’t that much of an issue. Obviously now it is!

, I pointed out our sexuality because normally the spouse can apply for dependent visa, but in our case he can’t as our marriage is not recognized in Thailand. Thanks to the others for picking up on that point 😊
