As long as the application was made when outside yes you can.
You would need to leave the country and come back in to activate the DTV though, so a border bounce and just 5 minutes outside the country would be fine.
Make sure you have all the documentation in order and bring with you though proving where you applied though. And that you were in that country. 😉
this is the type of person that will get refused and then cry because he has the visa but didn’t follow the visa instructions. He can’t say he wasn’t told.
Anonymous participant well you do you, the visa is the print out, immigration are only supposed to take the visa in your passport or the printout. So can’t say you haven’t been warned, especially if you are coming in and out of the country. Because sooner or later you will get refused.
So remember that you were told when running around like a headless chicken trying to do anything without a printed copy. Haha
And by that I mean, residence certificate, driving licence, etc will all require you to have it with you.
Anonymous participant it actually does tell you if you read through it properly. You MUST print the PDF. This has been covered many times. And yes they can refuse.
You are the kind of person whose attitude will get them refused on a re-entry because you think you are entitled to do what you like.
Understand how immigration works, they don’t care about you. But they will certainly take pride in rejecting you for being rude or bad attitude. 😉
