What should I do if my online Thai tourist visa application has disappeared after I provided requested documents?

I am so frustrated. Applied for 34 day tourist visa online. Paid. Got email 5 days ago requesting 6 months of bank statements and letter from employer confirming employment. Got all that together (in between working 16 hour days), go to the site and my application is gone! So now I have to pay again?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user expressed frustration over their Thai tourist visa application disappearing from the online system after submitting additional documentation requested via email. Many commenters questioned the legitimacy of a '34-day tourist visa,' suggesting it may be a scam, as such a visa type does not officially exist. Users advised contacting the embassy and checking payment options for possible chargebacks, while highlighting the documentation requirements may vary by nationality.

Keef Newham i dont think you know all you think you do.
Michael ********
Keef Newham yes she does appear to be applying from the states,

But just checked out e visa application and does ask for employment details and income. Never done e visa for Thailand so not sure how it works
Keef ********
Paul *******
Keef Newham yes the new evisa system asks for employment. It also asks you how long you want the visa for, however you always get a standard 60 day or 90 day visa etc etc even if you say you're staying for 34 days.

@Paul ******
ah so this ridiculous 34 number is simple the OP trip length.
Michael ********
Keef Newham yes its on the faq section on e visa website.

Why the hell they want that i dont know, been few posts and different countries seem to have different monetary requirements even though its through e visa website.

Just yesterday a seperate thing for non o multiple entries and massive difference between holland and australia in amount of money you need to show. TiT

they do similar for Asians going to other countries. They are more likely to approve visiting visas if they have a legit job with credit history. But asking Americans for employment information? Absurd. Especially considering the history of backpackers coming here before.
Michael ********
Keef Newham Yes totally agree
Martin *********
Keef Newham U do
Keef ********
Duh

@Martin ********
you need proof of bank balance. Not month of transaction. What are you smoking? Tourist visas are not 34 days. Do you understand this? There is no requirement around employment status for tourist visa. Maybe you got. Scammed also.
Martin *********
Keef Newham the only thing i said was ny friend last week needed proof of earnings you ways have but they never inforced it ive been to the thai embassy in London five years ago and applied. So you have obviously just applied yourself ! . Iam in Thailand now.
Michael ********
Keef Newham uhmm it all depends on what passport you are holding you can go check the embassies website for Indian nationals and Pakistan they have to show employment to get a simple tourist visa.

Different countries different rules
Keef ********
@Michael *******
how about you also check the OP nationality, now. She's from USA per her profile pictures. No reason for employment history. Only need that for Non Immigrant B visa. Gina doesn't look Indian or Pakistani to me either 🤣
Kristine ************
Keef Newham if you check my profile it says I live in Ireland, but guess what I do not have an Irish passport. Your logic doesn't make sense at all.
Keef ********
@Michael *******
now there's a more substantial answer. But I'll repeat as others have, there is no such thing as a 34 day visa.
Michael ********
Keef Newham no there isnt a 34 day visa, i am presuming its a typo.

34 day visa? Scam
Lisa ********************
Sounds like a scam . There is no 34 day visa. And visa exempt ( 30 days is free) so is Thai pass. Contact your bank if you paid by debit or credit card and ask for chargeback.
Mian *******
Send email in your country embassy through their website. I did before applying online and they sent me the required documents.have Korean residency with pakistan passport. Will start tomorrow applying.
Shannon ********

You can't upload additional documents on the evisa site, they should have given you an e-mail address where to send the documents.

Check the e-mail you received thoroughly.
