Thank you very much for explaining. Do you know when the rules have changed? Since when? This year?

My english is not good. Do you mean 45 days before the extension expiry date? For me it is september 30. So I could to Chaeng Watthana tomorrow. Do I understand right? Thank you very much

I am quite confused. So, may I ask you? I have a Non Immigrant O Visa Retirement that i renew, or more exactly that I extend each year for one more year. My visa will expire on september 30. I mean september 30 is the end date of validity. In Bangkok, can I go to Immigration Chaeng Watthana to apply for the yearly extension ( a one year extension) tomorrow for example or do I have to go only 3 days before september 30?

Thank you very much

I still don't get very clearly what is the difference between TM30 and TM28. I thought TM28 had been scrapped in 2020. So, you still have to file TM30 and TM28? when and for what? Many thanks

I am not arguing. I am just trying to understand. It might be very clear to you because you are an expert in these matters. I can tell you it's still very confusing for many people. And these rules are definitely not funny
