What you are referring to is a non b visa after a work permit is a separate thing.

And you will have. Require the non b outside Thailand out from what I know

Just a small thing you need copy of all they often have a copy place in the DLT and also most DLT would require one recidence certificate from each license so in case you need both bike and car you will need two

Abiut the pink card I have to say pass to that after I got no knowledge about if it can be used I would call your local DLT office unless someone in this forum know the answer
