Can I get an investor visa for purchasing a condo over 10 million baht in Thailand?

You must hold the investment, in your case the condo, at least 3 years. When you sell it you have to replace the investment by another investment or your stay is expired.

There are WAY better visa options...

If you can afford the 800k, better use regular Non-O.

Marriage Visa can be pita, especially the yearly extensions.
