you’re right Sisaket immigration is very helpful I was there about 6 months ago. I will be living with my girlfriend in Benchalak . Will that make a difference on visa ? Should I just go directly to Sisaket when I return and talk with them? Just made up

My mind to move permanently 🙏🏻

/24 was arrival date. Plan on getting retirement visa in Jan . Did not want to have any issues when I applied. Comment after yours says should have applied for 60 days and then got 30 days extension. Why I was thinking 90 days.

excuse my ignorance I’m new to this. So do I go across border right before Current 30 days expire and then come back across gives me 30 days? And then when that 30 almost over go to immigration and get a final 30 days? Appreciate any direction 🙏🏻

thank you for explaining . I didn’t realize there was a difference between air and land entry. Had ticket out of Thailand at 55 days but guess I screwed up by not having having a return ticket to Thailand in the itinerary. Obviously not a world traveler . Scheduled to fly from Bangkok to Ubon this afternoon and not sure how to proceed. Think I will go to immigration in Sisaket next week and see what maximum extension I can get. If i have to , just go to Vietnam or Laos and start over when I can

I thought I was only able to visit Thailand 2 times in a given year with out a visa. Didn’t have a visa on first visit and had hoped to have E Multiple Entry visa On this visit.
