The economic data are awful and will be worse soon... Expect a swift reopening, everything is flashing red and they do not want to borrow (seriously) to attenuate the impact!

absolutely, will be lifted as soon as there is no more cows to milk (September) to allow quarantine at home! Option B, there is not a single hotel alive next Spring

Just the rest of the people stranded abroad... when they are back, they will stop this 14 days quarantine in hotels (no more cows to milk) and offer quarantine at home... or their tourism industry is dead!
