Marriage seems like the worse option with all the annual visa renewal requirements such as pictures of the martial bed, neighbors confirming of the marriage actually exists;stacks of photos just so much paperwork involved it’s not even worth getting married. Just live together.

Actually its not that much paperwork and i have never had to do pictures etc. But i was looking at 20 yr elite for a million baht.

that Elite visa is starting to look like a better deal even after you have paid ฿500,000 at least you can walk away from it any time
