I have a Thai Bank account in my name only with more than the required minimum. And am over 50 so hopefully Udon Thani immigration will accept my application tomorrow for Non-O. Thx. for your help.
Certainly in Udon Thani Immigration Office refileing TM30 is not needed. Don't know TM30 filing protocol for other immigration offices. Best to check with local office.
If you are coming to the same address every year then no need to report on arrival as original TM30 form is applicable if there is no change in address. However, the 90 day reporting still needs to be done.
