Today I went to UT IM for conversion of 30 day entry exempt visa t0 Non-O 90 day visa for those over 50 and retired.
This office is authorized to do the conversion.

Current valid passport
Entry exempt visa (30 days) with not less the 16 days to expiry. Application day is 0 day.
Departure card TM.6
Same day updated Thai bank book with at least 800K bath in own name in for past two months.
Original Thai Bank book
Same day certified letter from Thai Bank.
Two (2) color photos (4x5 cm)
Residence Book
ID of home owner
ID of renter.
