there is no Thai Consulate in Siam Reap. You get visa on arrival, 15days, THB2,000.-, but most likely will preapre THB20,000 in cash to show, hotel booking and onward flight. If I remeber correctly you already have a couple of Tourist Visa from Laos. So you might have an issue if IO not believe you.

yes, if you married, HCMC (Saigon) and Savannakhet are issue Multiple Entry Yearly Non O (based on marriage) Visas without financial proof.
