TLDR : Answer Summary
A user in Bangkok is seeking advice on where to travel for a quick visa run as their tourist visa is about to expire in two days. They are looking for the best and most cost-effective options to obtain another 30 days in Thailand, with suggestions including traveling to Kuala Lumpur or going by bus to Laos or Cambodia.

Air Asia flight to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia is always a decent price. Or there are a few bus trips you can do to Laos or Cambodia which are fairly cheap. Not sure of the price though :)

I did not get an confirmation from the Thai-Myanmar border at Kanchanaburi. The Thai-Cambodian side will most likely stamp Israeli passport, but might ask extra money.

Bus trips to Cambodia and or Myanmar our company can do, but I need to check with Immigration if OUT/IN is OK, but it appears that he is offline. Myanmar in Kanchanaburi we just did one South African today, no problem
