You can have 3 visa exempt each 30 days from border (Russians unlimited) and they will give an ED. But they had a Tourist Visa with an extension, theyu were refused. If they had not extended that TR they would have been granted. Total madness.

yes, today 2 Russians, new passports, just one Tourist Visa with one extension. Denied, after submitting two times.Monday and Tuesday, today afternoon they were told NO.

yes, they just added another milestone. Everyone who extended a Tourist Visa to the full 60+30 allowance is denied too.

you stayed over 90 days in the past 6 month, so Savannakhet will, most likely refuse a new Tourist Visa. Vientiane should be OK, but need a queue number. Avoid Phnom Penh. HCMC would be OK.
