If you have a multi entry non-0 based on marriage it is required by that Visa type.

One can always change to a yearly extension (by meeting the requirements) at your immigration office.

- on reentering Thailand you'll have gotten a new tm6 (arrival card).

Old TM30 mean nothing

On your return and taking up residence somewhere you / landlord / hotel etc are required to report. Who does it after you arrive depends on you/your landlord/hotel/hostel . . .

You don't need a tm30 to clear immigration on your return. Just you/landlord/etc submit a tm30 within 24hrs of taking up residence wherever that may be.
