I'm looking at my options to stay in the future, and have a general question regarding proof of funds from abroad, nothing specific yet.
If I transfer 60,000 Baht with TRANSFERWISE into my personal Thai bank account (Kasikorn, if it makes a difference), is that accepted by immigration as "funds from abroad"?
If not, is there another way (with good exchange rates) to transfer funds into Thailand?
Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires whether transferring 60,000 Baht from abroad via TransferWise into their Kasikorn Thai bank account would be accepted by immigration as proof of funds. Comments suggest that for a retirement visa, the required amount is 65,000 Baht or more. There are also recommendations to join specific TransferWise groups for more tailored advice on using this service for visas and extensions.
