Lost Tm30. I am headed back to Thailand from the states and I know I have to do the 24 hour check in but I lost my tm30 and the landlord hasn’t given me a new one. I have old tm30s from different apartments but don’t think it’s a good idea to use them. Any advice?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about losing their TM30 before returning to Thailand and is seeking advice. Comments indicate that while the TM30 is essential for residence registration within 24 hours of taking up a new address, it is not required for immigration clearance upon entry. Users suggest obtaining a new TM30 from the landlord or property manager after arrival. It's also noted that old TM30s are invalid after traveling outside Thailand, and a clean TM30 form is available in the relevant online resources.
As mentioned, you do not need an registered address to enter Thailand. After you get into Thailand your land owner, house owner, house master, possessor or the manager of the hotel where you stay has to make a new report. And all we know about address registration you can read here, if your question is not answered in there, please contact your local immigration office.
There’s a clean TM30 in the file section of this group page

If you have traveled outside Thailand your old TM30 is invalid anyway.
A new TM30 within 24 hour at every new adress. Always a new TM30 after a travel outside Thailand. See this as rule, with some exceptions on some offices.
Yes, but I cannot foretell if your immigration will accept a self TM30 without the Landlord. Usually they do want the landlord. You can only try and see what they say.
thank you! So just fill out a new form and I’m good to go?

You don't need a tm30 to clear immigration on your return. Just you/landlord/etc submit a tm30 within 24hrs of taking up residence wherever that may be.

Old TM30 mean nothing
On your return and taking up residence somewhere you / landlord / hotel etc are required to report. Who does it after you arrive depends on you/your landlord/hotel/hostel . . .
