You'll get asked to supply all your passport pages or attend an interview when you're back in Thailand. 🙂

First question is yes. Second question is no.

Doesn't matter what you apply under. You will get a 5 year multiple entry visa either way and can do Muay Thai, remote work, cooking class and even see a dentist.

There is no Muay Thai DTV they are all the same unless it says what category in the remarks. You can do whatever you like, nothing is monitored.
