Is an entry stamp from Cebu valid for a Thai visa application at the Manila Embassy?
Hello! Does anyone know if flying into Cebu and getting an entry stamp there is valid for application at the Manila Thai Embassy? Or do we HAVE to fly into the Manila airport and get a stamp there? Or is it all the same stamp?
