Thailand government is long long past being farang friendly, they used all the dough we spent here on technology to keep us under control and piss us off, now I’m in Laos and although it’s got no beach it’s great with super duper friendly people and so long as you got the moolah no problem with da visa, no complicated BS. Marriage with a Lao national is paperwork intensive for those who are tired of being single

What a load of BS, a current serving politician did three years in an Australian nick for heroin trafficking now he’s a Thai politician with over 800 million baht in assets and two wives we know of, one rule for your law abiding farang and another for the locals

Aside from your question be sure that you get stamped in for 60 days by giving the passport opener at your visa page, we recently came through immigration and got stamped in only for 30, both of us.
