 You can print the screenshot from the app. There's actually no requirement to have it stapled in your passport.

Get your landlord to register on the app. Give you the password and you can do TM30 online forever after. Takes two minutes

How long does a re-entry permit last for a retirement visa in Thailand?

 You don't get a 15-month stamp. You get 90 days, which you can then extend (at immigration) for 12 months. So if you leave within the 90-day period, you have to be back before the expiry date, otherwise you start over with another 90-days
