I don't think he is whinning...he was just stating the situation. This inconvenience is being suffered by many people who are not crooks or criminals. It is their/ our money. Block the account , freeze or whatever , but , allow the account holder to withdraw THEIR MONEY , at the branch with their book. Block the phone app or w/e but allow access to the account holders money. Ok Max .

I think you can go in to the bank and do business with your bank book...could be wrong , but it's your money , so how can they legally say no. I think it's just the app and line banking that's blocked / frozen.
