Bought a new phone April 17. went to True same day. Got thr eciept from True. Went to Bkk bank to get the app sorted. Bkk bank confirned everything...sent the message of confirmation, went back to UK. There was not a problem for 2.5months then they sent a message saying acc frozen, have to go to the bank. My wife went on my behaf but was told I personally had to go....still in Uk..I still don't understand why this was done. I opened the acc in 2022 on a work permit nonB

Same happened to me. I updated everything at the bank in April. My wife went to enquire about this at the bank. They told her she couldn't help me as I would have to return myself...what nonsense as they sent a confirmation to my back in April. Really dumb Bb.

1st go to your phone provider & ask for confirmation of your number. Then take this confirmation to your bank with passport & bank book.
