It's not because of DTV. It's their new regulations to prevent from money laundering. They are closing down recently opened bank accounts in 2025.

Same thing happened to me too. You need to go back to embassy to get it fixed. Normally they correct it with pen and sign on it. No pressure

I don’t think any school can guarantee for DTV approval. They kept asking more and more documents.
