I was told by an immigration officer on Tuesday this week that I could not. You obviously know more than the immigration officers so good luck. If you realy do have some knowledge that they do not it would be helpful to share it and not to suggest that people you do not know are thick.

non immigrant t o 90 day Visa is what immigration have told me. Then convert to retirement when I have funds in Thai account. They stated I would have to leave the country to do this and i can not.

if the borders open to Laos it solves a lot. Overstay is not an option for me as I do not wish to get banned or break the law.

you are simply not correct or know more about it than the officers at my local immigration. They told me exactly the opposite on Tuesday this week. To condemn someone you know nothing about as lazy is pure ignorance.

I agree. Not one single flight that has been listed as going to the UK through this whole situation has been confirmed as actually getting there. How are they flying a plane 7000 miles with over 200 available seats on it? The whole matter of getting back to the UK for 3 months has been a huge risk and I have not taken it.
