Oh so you're saying book your Thailand one way then book something like a separate flight or bus ticket going to a different country and then cancel and get a refund on that leg?

you just log into your Internet Banking and there's an option to download a 'Proof of Balance' statement. This is with NAB tho, my ING account didn't have it so I transferred my money to NAB so I could get it lol
