How long do I need to stay outside Thailand after a 90-day stay?

3-5 mins is adequate, but you have to get stamped out of thailand, in and out of border nationand back in quickly at the border point

 It's a 10 year residency visa for Thailand. Cost is only 50,000 baht for 10 years.
