inally dug up a screenshot of royal thai police road laws... Section 45 is the relevant part... So now eagerly awaiting if the 'new' law changes affect this Sect45? But as it is everyone is confusing the situation by not realising the no undertaking khrap is irrelevant to multi land roads

Thailand is same as Australia, in that you can go faster in your lane than that car in the next lane… each lane is independent of the other lanes…
