I've seen some brands at Wine Pro on Sukhumvit in Jomtien. I don't recall which brands, but no Don Julio. Also seen some brands at Lotus on Sukhumvit.

Kayak.com. Than book on airline site. You will probably find better rates if you book LA to Bangkok or Chang Mai. Then book separately from LV to LA. Also, Korean Air flies direct from LV to Seoul than to Chang Mai or Bangkok.
