Vague questions get vague answers.

You need to state:

1, your age

2, are you married to a Thai citizen

3, where are you residing

4, your passport country (may or may not be important)

These will determine what type of visa you require, and the best place to acquire one, legitimately, or through an agency. (Still legitimate, some will say otherwise)

maybe he mistook the expiry date as 2025, not 2026, but as I said if your passport has more than 12 months left at the time of extension there is no problem.

if the dates you've posted are correct you will have more than 15 months left on your current passport when you go for your next Extension of Stay in April 2025, so I don't see where the problem is.
