There is one possible back door approach. If Thailand opens Travel bubble with South Korea. Americans can go to South Korea, and do a 14 day quarantine, and then maybe you could go to Thailand from South Korea

 I haven’t researched Georgia, but my initial reaction is that it is not a safe place. From what I saw of the infection and case rate in the Czech Republic, it is doing pretty well. It all depends on how much risk you want to take and how much money you want to spend to lower that risk I guess
