It's no wonder so many landlords do a terrible job as well as keeping the deposits.

Look at the defeatist comments of the wussies.

The landlords keep getting away with it because so many tenants are too lazy and scared to stand up for their rights.

Or, if will only be entering/returning via air, you can get a single reentry at the airport each time.

There is NO Retirement Visa, it is a 1 year (NOT 90 Day) Retirement Extension of a Non O or Non OA Visa.

Likewise - Opened account at Bangkok Bank in Chiang Mai with a CoR (Certificate of Residence) from Imm.

About 3 years ago.

Brought to Imm.copy of the TM30 form my hotel uses to register guests with Police or Imm.

(Imm. rules may have changed to get CoR).

Was on Tourist Visa extension with about 10 days left.
