Had balcony, micro, full size refrig., easy chair (1 only), 3 meals/day w/ 2 entrees and a little fruit per meal, washer/dryer.

Not cheap but smaller rooms/no balcony for less.

You can renew your Visa Exempt status 1 time for an additional 30 days - I beleve for 1900 THB.

I believe Immigration will not issue the Covid Extension before you do 60 days total Visa Exempt.
