You also can't do online under 7 days (I believe. ) to report date. So if your report date was 7 September, you cannot do online after 1 September.

 absolutely not! Anything you put in the box will be verified against your passport. So if your middle name is not N/A or none, DO NOT WRITE IT IN THERE.

My question is, how does this affect my 90 day check-in timing?

It does not. 90 day check in is based on entry into Thailand.

Does the new TM30 reset the 90 day clock, or do I continue check in at the date specified by my last check-in notice under my old passport?
