Vietnam, Taiwan, Cambodia and even one success from India - those are some of the fastest ones I've read so far

How long does the 15k USD need to be in an account for a Cambodia visa application?

I'm not sure about Cambodia, but most embassies want to see the most recent 3-6 months. Some are ok with the amount only being there days leading to application, others want to see consistent payments. Best of luck in your application.
