Should I apply for my husband as a dependent in Spain or wait and apply from Jakarta?
Situation: main DTV holder and kid got accepted in Jakarta
Applying for husband as dependent in Spain.
Or is it better to wait until back in Jakarta and apply for him from there, too?

Better to apply in Jakarta where it's a lot less cumbersome. I heard many embassies in EU ask too many documents.
