I just did dr donna they double checked with me for a test discrepancy, I sent the new info and got a new fit2fly in 2 minutes.

15 dollars is well worth the service and confidence that the certificate will pass.

66 is the Thai county code that is not needed.

Either try 0, 2 digit area code then number, or just the 2 digit area code plus number.

No + symbol for the Thai #, but need + before your home country #.

I had same problem...it took me about 20 attempts.
