Update: I made it through and then I got a server error! Help?

Can someone tell me what’s going on here? I’ve filled this COE out twice and don’t understand why this keeps happening. I’m entering the number and then it’s saying it’s not working

TLDR : Answer Summary
Users are experiencing issues with entering their mobile numbers in the COE application for Thailand, encountering server errors and incorrect number prompts. Many community members suggest entering numbers without spaces and clarifying the correct international dialing format, particularly for US and Thai numbers. Common advice includes using '+1' for US numbers and '+66' for Thai numbers, omitting leading zeros, and ensuring only numeric characters are inputted.

Yes +1 and no spaces.

This might only accept numeric characters. If it will not accept the "+" then substitute the "+" with 011, as in 011 - country code - national subscriber number

66 is the Thai county code that is not needed.

Either try 0, 2 digit area code then number, or just the 2 digit area code plus number.

No + symbol for the Thai #, but need + before your home country #.

I had same problem...it took me about 20 attempts.

I entered the Thai hotel number and they said that was wrong. I entered in my American mobile number because that’s what I will have and that didn’t work. I’ll try the no space thing next.
