Always have the eVisa PDF print-out.

For my year extension for stay, the officer ask me also a copy of the initial eVisa Non O-A and told me to show-up each year with a copy.

And is the 30 days extension possible? What's in the Gazette?

I saw 3 different cases:

-Maximum 60 day to stay

-Extension possible once

-Extension possible only for emergency cases.

Would be great to have an official statement. 🙏

that's it.

You submit your extension have to fulfill the requirements: 2months before 800k, 3 months after 800k and then no less than 400k.

You will change in a another requirement, you have to honor the first extention.

If she has no other visa (ED) or several exemptions, she might to have no issue. Worst case, she had to explain her travel history.
Wolf ******
No... you have a visa extension and don't need to show airticket leaving Thailand.

be aware that on a regular account (saving) they might charge you fees.

Keep maybe 801k to be sure not fall under 800k the 2 months prior and 3 months after the extension submission 🙏

yep... you need to do it 90 day after arriving (14 days before or 7 days after).

You could also try to submit online your report 14 days before.... some time it works, and otherwise you have enough time to show up personally).

You have to file your 90 day report where your last TM30 was issues.

When you return to Thaïland, your 90 days start (day 1 is arrival date).

Ask your actual host to file the report and submit to this immigration your report after 90 days (14 days before until 7 days after).
