I believe you can enter on a 60 day tourist visa, and they won't ask for the flight back

The airline will *probably* want a return ticket, and passport control *may* want to see a return ticket

We don't take Thai Pass related questions in the group, but what's the visa related question?

Did you ask Udon directly? I know some immigration offices want copies of all the pages, blank or not

(Edit: I was wrong with this "You can not take that extension of stay AND the 60 day extension of stay based on visiting Thai family. " line. A person CAN take the 30 day extension of stay based on tourism followed by a 60 day extension of stay based on visiting Thai family. Thank's Ellie for confirming!)

After reading your prior posts, it seems like:

1. You are married to a Thai national

2. You want to get a one year extension of stay.

3. Your original plan was to use the monthly income method, but can't because it needs 12 consecutive months.

From your post, it seems like you're trying to figure out a way to enter and stay here longer:

>I've been reading through the posts and wonder if the following would be possible:

>Enter Thailand on Visa Free - 30 Days

>Apply for extension (TM7?) - 30 Days

>Apply for "Visit Family" extension - 60 Days

>Apply for In-Country Non-O (Spouse) Visa - 90 Days

That process will not work. The "Apply for Extension (TM7?)" Is the "30 day extension of stay based on tourism. You can not take that extension of stay AND the 60 day extension of stay based on visiting Thai family.

To get an in-country Non-O Visa Based on Marriage you will need 400K THB in a Thai bank account (no seasoning requirements) OR 40K THB a month in income from a job inside Thailand (by showing your employment contract), or an embassy letter, if your embassy still offers that letter.

there is no embassy in Thailand. There is the immigration offices, OR there are consulates outside of Thailand.

I can’t figure out what you’re trying to do. Are those the options you want to use to stay in Thailand, or is that your plan?

Thank you for the update. I did not know the APEC card could allow the 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19. I am closing comments to prevent this post from being hijacked.
