I am in Thailand now for almost 90 days (30 days visa exception + 30 days normal extension + covid extension). *Do I need to do a 90 day report now or is it just for other visas?*

TLDR : Answer Summary
The requirement for a 90-day report in Thailand generally applies to foreigners holding long-term visas, such as retirement or marriage visas. The original poster has been in Thailand for almost 90 days under visa exceptions and extensions due to COVID-19. Most comments suggest that a 90-day report is indeed necessary, although its enforcement may vary by immigration office. It is advised to visit the local immigration office for specific guidance, as it is free and can now be done online after the first report.

Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).

Yes, you need to do a 90 day report. That said, it depends on what immigration office you use. Koh Phangan has been trying to enforce it with mixed results. Getting your extension renewed does not automatically re set your 90 day report, however some offices do that for you. Go and speak to them at immigration to ask how they are dealing with it this week. As has been mentioned, it's free to do, after the initial one is completed you can then do it on line with the new app/website that seems to work pretty well.
Pretty sure that’s only for tourists who are on long term visas. I.e someone on a yearly visa who needs to report themselves every 90 days to confirm they are still in the country.
